Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the UNISON IPTV Player application and this website. By installing or using UNISON you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use UNISON.
1. What UNISON is, and what it is not
UNISON is a media player application for Android devices. It is software, and nothing more.
UNISON does not:
- provide, sell or resell IPTV subscriptions;
- supply television channels, films or series;
- host, store, transmit, rebroadcast or cache any media content;
- supply playlists, channel lists or stream URLs;
- bundle any media content with the application.
UNISON ships with no content whatsoever. Everything you see inside the app comes from a third-party service that you have obtained and configured. We have no relationship with, control over, or responsibility for any such service.
2. Services and content you connect
You are solely responsible for the IPTV or Xtream service you connect to UNISON, and for ensuring that you have the lawful right and permission to access the content it provides in your country and your circumstances.
You must not use UNISON to access content you are not legally entitled to access. We do not monitor what you connect, we cannot verify the legitimacy of any provider, and we give no warranty about any third-party service. Any dispute about a service, including its availability, quality, billing or legality, is between you and that provider.
3. Your licence to use UNISON
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use UNISON on Android devices that you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use.
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the application;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- use it to provide a commercial service to third parties;
- circumvent the trial, purchase or entitlement mechanisms.
4. Accounts
Some features require a UNISON account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. The 72-hour trial
UNISON includes a 72-hour trial in the application so you can test the player with your own service before paying. The trial is provided as-is, for evaluation, and may be limited or changed for future users. When it ends, you may unlock lifetime access as described below.
6. Purchase and what "lifetime access" means
Lifetime access to UNISON is a one-time purchase of £9.99 made through Google Play. There is no recurring UNISON subscription.
"Lifetime" means, and is limited to, the following:
- a one-time payment rather than a recurring one, and we will not later convert your purchase into a subscription;
- continued access to the UNISON application associated with your account, for as long as we continue to offer and operate it;
- access to UNISON updates we release for the supported platforms during that period.
"Lifetime" does not mean, and cannot mean:
- any guarantee that the application, a given feature or a given platform will be offered forever;
- any entitlement to IPTV content, channels or a third-party service, which are never included;
- any guarantee that a third-party service you use will keep working with UNISON.
Your own IPTV service is bought separately from your provider, billed by them, and is entirely outside this purchase.
7. Refunds and store purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies and the terms of your purchase with Google. Where you have statutory consumer rights in your country, those rights are not affected by these terms. We offer the 72-hour trial specifically so you can satisfy yourself before purchasing.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use UNISON for any unlawful purpose, or to access content unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to UNISON systems, accounts or data;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the application or its supporting services;
- use automated means to extract data from the application;
- misrepresent UNISON as a source of IPTV subscriptions or content, including in any resale or advertising.
9. Intellectual property
UNISON, the UNISON name, logo, interface and all software and materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a licence to use the application; they transfer no ownership. Content displayed through UNISON belongs to its respective rights holders and is not ours to license to you.
10. Third-party services
UNISON relies on third-party services including Google Play (distribution and payments), RevenueCat (purchase entitlements) and Supabase (account services). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of any third party, including your IPTV provider.
11. Availability, compatibility and changes
We aim to keep UNISON working well, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device, every network or every IPTV service. Playback performance depends on your device, your connection and the stream your provider sends. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may end support for particular devices or Android versions, where reasonable to do so.
UNISON is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we exclude all implied warranties to that extent.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from any third-party service you connect, any content you access through it, or any act or omission of your IPTV provider. Subject to the same, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with UNISON is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the application.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to UNISON or your account if you materially breach these terms, use the application unlawfully, or attempt to circumvent its purchase or entitlement mechanisms. You may stop using UNISON at any time, and may delete your account as described on the support page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
14. Governing law
The governing law and the courts that will hear any dispute are those applicable to the UNISON business entity. Your mandatory local consumer protection rights always continue to apply to you regardless of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and continued use of UNISON after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate.
