What you need before you start
Three things, all of which come from your own IPTV provider, never from UNISON:
- Server address: the host your provider gave you, usually including a port.
- Username: issued by your provider for your line.

What UNISON can and cannot fix
It is worth being blunt about the boundary, because it saves everyone time when something goes wrong.
We can help with

We cannot help with
- An expired, suspended or oversubscribed line with your provider.
- Channels your provider has removed, renamed or never carried.
- Missing or wrong EPG data. That comes from your service, not from us.
- Buffering caused by your provider's servers or your own connection.
If a stream fails in UNISON, the fastest diagnostic is usually to check whether the same stream behaves the same way elsewhere. If it does, the issue sits with the service rather than the player.
Credentials: a short, serious note
Never post your IPTV username, password or full server URL in a public forum, a review, a social media reply or a support email. Anyone who has them can use your line. UNISON support will never ask you for them. If a message claiming to be from UNISON does, it is not from us. Forward it to [email protected].

What is an Xtream-compatible player?
It is an application that can talk to an IPTV service using the widely used Xtream-style API: you supply a server address, a username and a password, and the app fetches your categories, channels, on-demand items and EPG from that service. UNISON is such a player. It supplies no content of its own.

Where do I get my Xtream details?
From the IPTV provider you have chosen and pay. UNISON has no relationship with any provider and cannot issue, recover, resell or troubleshoot those details for you.

Does UNISON support M3U playlists?
UNISON is built around Xtream-style account connections. If your service only issues a plain M3U link, check compatibility during the 72-hour trial before purchasing.

Will every Xtream service work?
We cannot promise that. Providers differ in how they implement the API, what metadata they expose and how reliable their servers are. The 72-hour trial exists precisely so you can test yours before you pay anything.

Is it safe to enter my IPTV credentials?
